Part X Part X : FIN48 Footnote The Association files returns in the U.S. federal jurisdiction. With a few exceptions, the Association is no longer subject to U.S. federal examinations by tax authorities for years before 2007. The Association adopted certain provisions of FASB Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740, Income Taxes, concerning the accounting for uncertain income tax positions on January 1, 2010. The implementation of the provisions of ASC 740 did not have any effect on the financial statements.
