Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6		Property owners in Wallenpaupack Lake Estates are members of the Association. Members share all common areas, such as, but not limited to, roads, buildings, rights of way, land, and parking and access areas.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a		Members in good standing can nominate candidates of their choice to serve on the Board of Directors. Nominees are elected based on the majority of ballots cast for each candidate by an absentee ballot or at the annual meeting.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b		Increases in annual assessments in excess of 10% require approval of members. If a special assessment is necessary the members of the Association have to approve it. The Association customarily has provided members with the chance to vote on major construction projects to determine whether and how to proceed with the projects.
