Tis questionaire was developed by the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association. It asks the directors and employees about other business relationships that ehy or other family members may be involved in that could affect their independence. This questionaire is administered annually. Also affected personnel are required to disclose any situations that may occur during the year.

This is done by determining whether the Company's goals are met. These goals are met if the Company stays within its budget, capital projects are completed efficiently, and the company's selling price remains competitive. The Board also compares the salary and tenure of General Managers of similar cooperatives.
F990_P06_S0C_L19	Form 990, Part VI, Section C, Line 19	Coahoma Electric Power Association makes its governing documents, conflict of interest policy, and financial statements available to the public upon request. Each year the company sends audited financial statements to the Mississippi State Auditor, any debt holders, and other interested parties.
F990_P11_S00_L05	Form 990, Part XI, Line 5	The other changes in equity is due to the change in "Memberships and Deposits" from 2009 to 2010.
