What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The Bankruptcy Bar Association was formed to provide low-cost, industry-specific continuing legal education for its members. The annual seminar attracts prominent speakers in the bankruptcy field and is attended by numerous professionals each year. In addition, the Association helps fund forums that further the discussion of current problems and solutions in the bankruptcy law sector.
