Form 990 Part VI	12c	Oklahoma Pork Council, Inc. is a comparatively small organization. All of the board members know one another well at both a business and personal level. Compliance with the Conflict of Interest Statement is accomplished through an informal process of becoming familiar and involved in the lives of each board member at a personal level.
Form 990 Part VI	15b	Officers of the organization are not compensated. Only employees of the organization are compensated. Each year in December, the employees including the executive director completa a self evaluation form. The form is given to the executive director who review it and adds comments as needed. The evaluations are presented to the board of directors in executive meeting. The board recommends compensation adjustments as they deem appropriate. The employee meets with the executive director and 2 members of the board to discuss the adjustments to compensation.
