EXPENSES AND INCOME FOR THE CONFERENCES ARE NOT ALL REPORTED IN THE SAME YEAR DUE TO THE FACT THAT PLANNING THE CONFERENCE TAKES OVER TWO YEARS. THEREFORE EXPENSES AND INCOME SHOWN ON THIS TAX RETURN COULD BE FROM MORE THAN ONE CONFERENCE. PEOPLE FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD COME TOGETHER TO PRESENT SCIENTIFIC PRESENTATIONS ON CURRENT PROSTHODONTIC TOPICS. THE LAST CONFERENCE WAS HELD IN CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA IN SEPTEMBER OF 2009 AND HAD OVER 400 PEOPLE IN ATTENDANCE. THE UPCOMING CONFERENCE IS IN HAWAII IN SEPTEMBER OF 2011. EVERY YEAR THERE IS A BOARD MEETING WHERE THE DIRECTORS GATHER TO DISCUSS CURRENT ISSUES FACING THE ICP ORGANIZATION AND THE PATH THE ICP IS TAKING. RECENTLY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS ALSO DECIDED TO HAVE A MEETING TO DEVELOP A STRATEGY OR SWAT ANALYSIS OF THE ICP. |
