What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE AMERICAN POSTAL WORKERS UNION 101 ("APWU") BASED IN SCRANTON, PENNSYLVANIA CONTINUALLY STRIVES TO SECURE FOR EMPLOYEES THE BEST JOB SECURITY, HOURS, WAGES AND WORKING CONDITIONS, IN THE BEST INTEREST OF POSTAL EMPLOYEES THROUGHOUT SCRANTON AND SURRONDING AREAS.
