Resident Members, Business members, and Permanent Life members are entitled to vote for the candidates of the board of Directors. There is also enclosed therewith a copy of the Ballot containing all the names of the candidates for Director nominated in accordance with the provisions of the bylaws. The following actions of the governing body are subject to approval by a majority of the members of the organization: 1. The purchase, sale, or encumbrance of real property in excess of $300,000. 2. Any single expenditure in excess of $300,000. 3. The imposition of a general assessment. |

After this analysis is completed, the general manager submits the compensation amounts and the data from the compensation survey to the Finance Committee Chair for review.
