What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To promote the education of young people in the State of Georgia in the proper sense of civic duty and responsibility and to foster their intelligent participation in the solution of local, State, and National problems; to incubate in them a spirit of genuine Americanism and civic interest; and to serve as a supplementary educational institution to provide them with an opportunity for personal development and achievement so that they may better achieve these objectives.
