Selection of Board members and the hiring of the position
of President is subject to the approval of the Archbishop of the
Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston.
Pt VI-B, Line 12c
All Board members are required to disclose annually any interests that could give rise to conflicts.
Board members must excuse themselves from voting decisions where they may have an
interest. Any business with this Board member must be at a fair market rate that is
comparable with other providers of the same service. All officers and employees
are also required to disclose any conflict of interest.
