Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Association qualifies under the provisions of 501(c)(6) of the Internal Revenue Code, and is exempt from Federal income taxes. In addition, the Association has been determined by the Internal Revenue Service not to be a "private foundation" within the meaning of Section 509(a) of the Internal Revenue Code. Management believes that all of its activities for 2010 and 2009 are exempt from unrelated business income taxes. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been made in the accompanying financial statements. The Association does not enter into transactions or take uncertain tax positions that would require adjustment to or disclosure in the financial statements under Financial Accounting Standards Board (FASB) Accounting Standards Codification (ASC) 740, Income Taxes. The Association continually evaluates expiring statutes of limitations, changes in tax law and new authoritative rulings. The Association's Form 990, Return of Organization Exempt from Income Tax, for the years ended 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 are subject to examination by the Internal Revenue Service, generally for three years after they were filed.
		Reconciliation adjustments between audited financial statement revenue and expenses and the return relate to classification of reimbursed expenses only.
