	Medical, vision and dental coverage are available to participants of the plan. Certain employees separated from the company may continue their coverage under the plan for a fixed monthly premium. The coverages are funded through contributions from the company, participating employees, and other past employees under the Consolidated Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1985 (COBRA) which related to the continuation of coverage under group health plans. In February of 2009 the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) provided for a company subsidy of COBRA premiums cost. The plan purchases "stop-loss" coverage which protects against medical claims greater than $250,000 per participant, with a maximum aggregate benefit of $1,000,000. The plan had 995 active participants and 15 COBRA participants at the end of the year.

Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	On July 26, 2007, a Voluntary Employees Beneficiary Association Trust (Trust) was established under the Plan to hold certain plan assets. The Trust is intended to qualify pursuant to Section 501(c)(9) of the Internal Revenue Code, as a tax-exempt entity, and accordingly, the Trust's net investment income is exempt from income taxes. The Trust has obtained an exemption letter dated July 26, 2007 from the Internal Revenue Service, and the Company believes that the Trust, as amended, continues to qualify and to operate in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Internal Revenue Code. Accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America require plan management to evaluate tax positions taken by the Plan and recognize a tax liability (or asset) if the organization has taken an uncertain position that more likely than not would not be sustained upon examination by the Internal Revenue Service. The plan administrator has analyzed the tax positions taken by the Plan, and has concluded that as of December 31, 2010, there are no uncertain positions taken or expected to be taken that would require recognition of a liability (or asset) or disclosure in the financial statements. The Plan is subject to routine audits by taxing jurisdictions; however, there are currently no audits for any tax periods in progress. The plan administrator believes it is no longer subject to income tax examinations for years prior to 2007.
