PLEASE ACCEPT OUR APPOLOGY FOR LATE FILING. THERE WAS CONFUSION BETWEEN OUR MEMBERS AS TO WHETHER THIS ORGANIZATION WAS REQUIRED TO FILE. WE DID NOT RECEIVE A 990 EZ PACKET. SINCE THIS IS A RELIGIOUS ORGANIZATION, OUR GROSS RECEIPTS ARE ALL FUNDRAISING DOLLARS AND OUR REVENUE CONSISTS OF NON-INCOME "BUSINESS" PRODUCING ACTIVITIES PLEASE ABATE ANY LATE FILING PENALTIES.
