What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE ORGANIZATION WAS ORGANIZED IN 1978 FOR THE PURPOSE OF STIMULATING AND MAINTAINING GROWTH IN NORTH CENTRAL NORTH DAKOTA, MOST SPECIFICALLY WITHIN THE TRADE AREA OF THE CITIES LOCATED IN TOWNER COUNTY, NORTH DAKOTA, WHICH CURRENTLY HAS A POPULATION OF LESS THAN 3,000 PEOPLE.
Describe what was achieved in carrying out the organization's exempt purposes. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 FOR THE PURPOSE OF RETAINING AN EXISTING BUSINESS IN THE COMMUNITY, DURING 2010, A GRANT WAS MADE TO AN AREA RESIDENT FOR THE PURPOSE OF FACILITATING THE TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF A LOCAL AUTO PARTS STORE WHICH WAS BEING SOLD BY THE ESTATE OF THE PREVIOUS OWNER.
