To serve the community surrounding and including the Cotton Bay subdivision by: (1) owning, maintaining, and repairing the neighborhood's community use playground and other community use facilities, (2) preserving the community's aesthetics, and architectural style through enforcement of Association guidelines, and (3) maintaining landscaping of neighborhood common areas.
