What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? low-income housing
Describe what was achieved in carrying out the organization's exempt purposes. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 We continued discussing our retreat items this year. We patched long time holes in the undersides of roofs to prevent mice from entering the ceiling of the houses. We made an annual agenda of repair and maintenance projects which we will do each year to maintain the quality of the property and buildings. We finished floor and heat in one apt which had been torn up for sometime after major plumbing was done. We continued Wednesday breakfast until Sept when the center closed. We cleaned alley (and continue to each month) of huge overgrown blackberries so a van with cancer patients being transported to treatment could pass by.
