Conflict of interest policy compliance (Part VI, line 12c)   In order to ensure GAPP operates in a manner consistent with its tax-exempt purpose and does not engage in activities that could jepoardize its tax-exempt purpose periodic reviews are conducted that include determining whether compensation arrangements and benefits are reasonable based on competent survey information and the result of arms length bargaining and whether partnerships joint ventures and arrangements with management organizations conform to GAPPs written policies are properly recorded reflect reasonable investment or payments for goods and services further charitable purposes and do not result in inurement impermissible private benefit or in an excess benefit transaction

CEO, executive director, top management comp (Part VI, line 15a)   GAPP has no employees However there are is a marketing and program manager with whom GAPP contracts and other entities with which GAPP contracts to achieve the program goals of GAPP The board of directors makes decisions regarding payment based on the job requirements competent survey information if reasonably available and contractor provided budgets and estimates
