What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? To promote and maintain high standards of ethical conduct and professionalism among the various real estate firms and other closely related busineses and to provide certain cooperative services to participating members.
Describe what was achieved in carrying out the organization's exempt purposes. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 In order to educate local realtors and others who deal directly in this area on current issues, the organization planned a two-day conference. The expenses over the admission fees collected were paid by this organization.
