What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? THE CEDAR CITY ROTARY CLUB IS A QUALIFYING SECTION 501(C)(4) OF ROTARY INTERNATIONAL AND ITS CLUBS AND DISTRICTS. CEDAR CITY ROTARY CLUB MAINTAINS THE CLUB AS AFFILIATED WITH ROTARY INTERNATIONAL AND OPERATES IN CONJUCTION WITH THE CEDAR CITY ROTARY FOUNDATION, A 501(C)(3) ORGANIZATION.
