Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Organization adopted certain provisions from ASC 740 (relevant portions of which were previously addressed in FASB Interpetation Nos 48, "Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes"), which clarifies the accounting for uncertainty in income taxes. This pronouncement prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement of a tax position to be taken or expected to be taken in a tax return. The Organization has not taken an unsubstantiated tax position that would require provision or disclosure of a liability under ASC 740. Tax positions for the year ended December 31, 2010 and the open years of December 31, 2009, 2008 and 2007 were reviewed and it was determined that no provision for uncertain tax positions is required.
