	Every June TAM holds its annual convention. This convention benefits all 22 companies plus their employees who attend the meeting. The topics of discussion at the annual convention are: Federal and State issues, regulatory and legislative issues. There are also afternoon workshops for customer service representatives and educational workshops for technicians.
