This trust was created to provide scholarships to qualifying graduates of Mason High School in Mason, Michigan. The fund was unable to generate sufficient income to pay the required scholarships without drawing upon the principal balance. During the 2009-10 fiscal year, payment of the scholarships drew the fund balance to a level that would pay the necessary professional expenses to prepare final filings and close all accounts.
