Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	FIN 48 Foot Note The Association was granted an exemption from federal income taxes by the Internal Revenue Service pursuant to the provisions of Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(6). The tax exempt purpose of the Association and the nature in which it operates is described in the first paragraph of Note 1 (page 2 of 990). Management's assertion is that there are no uncertain tax positions and the Association continues to operate in compliance with its tax-exempt purpose. Certain Association activities are considered to be unrelated business income which are subject to income taxes. Management has estimated that there are no material income tax effects for the year ended December 31, 2010, and accordingly, no provision has been made for either Federal or State income taxes in the accompanying financial statements. The annual information and income tax returns filed with the Internal Revenue Service are subject to examination for the statutory period.
