What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The association was formed to bring the property owners in the Southgate community together for social & recreational activities, to stimulate interest in civic and cultural affairs, such as beatification, maintaining property values, compliance with deed restrictions, and to promote and engage in affairs that benefit the members, to protect and comply with deed restrictions and to provide other projects while educating and preserving harmony in the community.
Describe what was achieved in carrying out the organization's exempt purposes. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 Use of association facilities for business, civic, educational, recreation religious, social and general interests of the members of the association and the community.
