Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The Independent Community Banks of North Dakota is the association of choice exclusively representing community banks. We are driven by the needs of our members to add value by being a proactive industry advocate before state and federal legislative and regulatory bodies; promoting the image and importance of community banks to local, state and national economies and to its citizens; providing a forum for networking and information dissemination; and creating cooperative products, services and educational offerings to assist our members to compete and flourish in a changing financial services marketplace.
