Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a		Each of the seven respective members appoints representation to the governing body of the organization consisting of the general manager of each member and 1 director. This governing body then represents each member.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b		The governing body with representation from each member cooperative has the authority to approve decisions and govern the organization.
Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 11		The board of directors determines whether the Form 990 will be reviewed by all directors, an existing committee, or a special committee appointed for such purpose prior to filing. Once the return is completed, it is provided to the directors or the committee responsible for reviewing. Employees of the cooperative responsible for filing are available to respond to questions or provide background as needed.
