1	Briefly describe the organization’s mission or most significant activities: Illinois Valley Credit Union exists to provide systematic savings programs and to extend reasonable cost loans to 3400 members and their families who can be effectively served by this organization. The credit union also intends to provide other related services consistent with these main purposes that are of benefit to our members. The credit unin will also provide financial education to its membship. Illinois Valley Credit Union intends to be the lowest cost provider of quality financial services in our defined marketplace. The credit union will reinvest earnings back into the organization to improve future service and provide long term financial stability. Illinois Valley Credit Union is a lving demonstration that our members can successfully provide a service oriented alternative to profit driven financial institutions.
