Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	FIN 48 Foot Note The Credit Union is exempt, by statute, from Federal income taxes under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(14) and state income taxes. Furthermore, none of its present or anticipated future activities are subject to taxation as unrelated business income. Therefore, no provision for income taxes has been made in the accompanying financial statements. The tax exempt purpose of the Credit Union and the nature in which it operates is described in the first paragraph of Note 1 (page 2 Form 990). Management believes the Credit Union continues to operate in compliance with its tax exempt purpose. The Credit Union's informational returns filed with the federal and state governments are subject to examination for the statutory period.
