Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 6		The Club's membership is open to anyone interested in the principles for which the Club was founded. Club Members are required to be members of the National Rifle Association. There are two classes of membership, paid members and life members. The yearly membership quota is set at 250 for paid members. There is no quota on the number of life members. Currently the Club has 220 paid members and 44 life members.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7a		All members are eligible to elect and vote for officers of the Club. Officers are elected annually.
Form 990, Part VI, Section A, line 7b		Officers and the Board of Governors have the same voting rights as other members. Decisions are made by all voting members at any given meeting. The Officers and Board of Governors conduct the buisness affairs of the Club according to decisions made and voted upon by the majority of Club Members at business meetings.
