28 THE ORGANIZATION RAISES FUNDS FOR YAKIMA SUNRISE ROTARY CHARITIES, A 501 (C) (3) ORGANIZATION. NO FUNDS GO THROUGH CLUB ACCOUNTS.SUNRISE ROTARY IS A COMMUNITY SERVICE CLUB OF THE GREATER YAKIMA AREA. THE CLUB PROVIDES VARIOUS SERVICES AND DONATIONS TO OTHER NOT FOR PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE BETTERMENT OF YAKIMA. THE ORGANIZATION PROVIDES OPPORTUNITIES FOR STUDENTS TO LEARN ABOUT VARIOUS VOCATIONS THROUGH CAREER DAY WHERE STUDENTS GO TO MEMBERS'S PLACE OF EMPLOYMENT, AN ANNUAL SPEACH CONTEST FOR HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS, AND OTHER FUNCTIONS.
