Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Funds determination as a tax-exempt not-for-profit organization is considered a tax position subject to the requirements of ASC 740. For the year ended June 30, 2011, there were no unrecognized tax benefits related to this tax position and the Fund does not believe it is reasonably possible that there will be a significant change in unrecognized tax benefits within twelve months of the reporting date. The Fund did not have any accrued liabilities or expense for interest or penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits for the years ended June 30, 2011 and 2010.
