THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE POSSESSES AND MAY EXERCISE ALL THE POWERS OF THE BOARD WITH RESPECT TO THE MANAGEMENT OF THE ORGANIZATION. ANY ACTION TAKEN BY THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE IS REPORTED TO THE BOARD AT THE NEXT SUCCEEDING MEETING. THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE AT DECEMBER 31 2010 WAS MADE UP OF : CO-PRESIDENTS BELLE NEWTON AND PATRICK DRISCOLL, VICE PRESIDENT SUSAN GOODFELLOW, SECRETARY SUZANNE BAKER, TREASURER DAVID WEBBER, AND MEMBER AT LARGE ROBIN SHELBY ARDITI.
