Briefly describe the organization’s mission: The purpose of the Organization is to support the Windsor Locks Police Officers Union by providing funds to help the Union negotiate the town union contract, provide arbitration assistance to families of officers, and provide officers and their families with an annual party. The Organization also receives many outside requests for assistance, and is proud of its longstanding record in helping others. Achievements include the publishing of anti-drug and alcohol books distributed through the Windsor Locks School system, and direct support to many, varied town organizations, such as Windsor Locks High School, Windsor Locks Little League, and Windsor Locks Lions Club, to name a few.

Major expenditures this year were made to the Windsor Locks High School Dollars for Scholars Officer O'Brien Memorial Scholarship, Windsor Locks Youth Services Shattered Dream Campaign, Windsor Locks High School Safe Grad campaign, Windsor Locks Lions Club, and Windsor Locks Little League.
