	Form 990, Part VI, Section B, line 12c	The Corporation has a conflict of interest policy that specifically addresses relationships with activities involving the Corporation. In addition, all board members and individuals managing the operations of the Corporation are employees of Dartmouth College, and are required to comply with its Conflict of Interest Policy. The College's Conflict of Interest Policy is enforced and monitored by the Dartmouth College Office of General Counsel, which reviews information concerning potential conflicts solicited from all of the Corporation's Board members, and by certain individuals engaged in the operations of the Corporation.
