	The Association sells, cares for, and maintains cemetery lots and graves and provides for the care and maintenance of the real estate on which those lots and graves are located at the Pride of Boston Cemetery in Woburn, Massachusetts.The cemetery is over 100 years old and almost completely filled. There were no cemetery lot or grave sales during 2010. Such sales have amounted to relatively small amounts (none in 2010, $170 in 2009, $1,225 in 2008) in recent years.The Association is charged an annual management fee of $3,000 per year by the Jewish Cemetery Association of Massachusetts (JCAM) to undertake the day to day operations of the Pride of Boston Cemetery. Because the Association uses the cash basis of accounting and due to timing differences in JCAM's billing, only $2,100 was charged to that expense and paid to JCAM during 2010.

	A permanently restricted Perpetual Care Trust Fund is maintained by the Association. That Trust fund is held and managed by BNY Mellon. 2010 revenue (interest and dividends) from that Trust Fund was $8,587, not including realized capital gains of $31,984 and unrealized securities gains of $7,141. The Trustee's compensation and expenses totalled $6,803 during 2010.
