Pt I Line 2		The Organization has no formal procedure for monitoring the use of grant/assistance funds. Funds
		are granted based on a preliminary review of the need and/or purpose as communicated by the
		individual or organization making the request. As members of the community, members of the
		Organization are usually able to observe first hand how the funds are used and if they are used
		for the requested need/purpose. If possible, the Organization will grant funds to an administrative
		body which in turn will use the funds for the intended benefit. If another request is made at a
		subsequent date, the Organization is able to ask pertinent questions as to the benefits
		realized from the prior grant before another grant is considered.

		taken into consideration by the governing body when determining whether

		compensation, the level of pay is established after: reviewing the
		time requirements of the position; comparison to similar positions and the

		which the compensation issue is taken under consideration.
