		Other item is Cost of Goods Sold. The Club is exempt from income taxes on revenue generated by fees from members under Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(7). On October 1, 2009, the Club adopted Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes, which prescribes a recognition threshold and measurement attribute for financial statement recognition and measurement of a tax position taken or expected to be taken in a tax return and also provides guidance on various related matters such as derecognition, interest, penalties and disclosures required. The Clubs election determination as a tax-exempt not-for-profit entity is considered a tax position subject to the requirements of Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes. There were no unrecognized tax benefits at September 30, 2011, and the Club does not believe it is reasonably possible that unrecognized tax benefits related to this tax position will significantly increase or decrease within twelve months of the reporting date. The Club recognizes interest and penalties, if any, related to unrecognized tax benefits in income tax expense. The Club did not have any accrued liabilities or expense for interest or penalties related to unrecognized tax benefits for the years ended September 30, 2011 and 2010. The Club has tax returns that remain open to examination by taxing authorities. These include federal and state tax returns for 2008 through 2010.
