Form 990 Part VII	7b	Any time the guild spends more than 500.00 that was not pre-budgeted for that expense needs to be approved by a vote of the present guild members at the monthly meetings. Every three years we enter into contract negotiations with the City of Bellvue. Upon an agreement with the guild board members we then take the contract to the membership for a final voe to pass the contract. This happens every 3 years, depending on how long contract negotiations take.

Upon an agreement with the guild board members we then take the contract to the membership for a final voe to pass the contract. This happens every 3 years, depending on how long contract negotiations take. Form 990 Part VII Section B Line 11b The form 990 will be posted on the guild board for all members to see and will be discussed at the monthly meeting. Form 990 Part VII Section B Line 15a The president ant treasurer receive compensation that was voted on and approved by the members. Form 990 Part VII Section B Line 15b Approved members that attend the WACOPS meetings will be compensated their expenses based on the yearly pre-approved budget. Any members that schedule or plan the Officer of the Year banquet will be compensated for their expenses based on the yearly pre-approved budget. Any members who visit the guild house and incur expenses based on home improvements will be compensated for their expenses based on board approval.
