What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? The general purpose of the corporation shall be to operate exclusively to receive monetary grants from the United States Department of Commerce and from all other authorized entities with interest to assist this corporation in its marketing efforts, and to manage, invest and expend such funds for the sole purpose of marketing for the benefit of Domestic Shrimp Industry.
