		foreign wars and pay membership fees to be part of the VFW.
Pt VI-A, Line 7a		Membership nominates and votes for its governing board annually.
Pt VI-B, Line 11a		Form 990 is prepared by outside accountant who gives prepared
		forms to Quarter Master for review. Form 990 is then presented to
		the governing Board for approval prior to submission to the
		Internal Revenue Service.
Pt VI-B, Line 12c		Governing Board meets monthly and during the course of business
		discusses potential conflicts of interest and resolves the
		conflict at the earliest meeting after which the conflice
		is discovered.
Pt VI-C, Line 19		The VFW governing board makes the Form 990 and Conflict of Interest Policy
		available to the public upon receipt of a written request
		addressed to the VFW Quarter Master. These forms are available
		for review at the VFW's main office in Middleburg, Florida.
