	Granted 97 real estate loans totaling 6,459,059.00, six were first time home buyers. We do Section 184 loans for Native Americans. WE participate in the FHLBC Down Payment Assistance program for loan income borrowers. Many of our real estate loans are for manufactured homes that provide affordable housing for low and moderate income members. We break out revenues by loan type, but not expenses, this is part of our normal activity

	We have 2 high school and 1 middle school credit union branches to help teach financial education. We also provide seminars on Credit Scores and Identity Theft. We provide budget simulations for high school students in six high schools. The program is called Mad City. We provide scholarships for teachers to attend a 2 week financial education seminar each year. There is no revenue generated for these activities. The expenses are part of public relations and not broken out. Estimated expenses for 2010 are $6,000.
