A member who has served as a Governor for six consecutive full years shall not be eligible to serve as a Governor during the year following expiration of the said member's sixth consecutive full year. - e. The Board may fill vacancies on the Board occurring between Annual Meetings by appointment. A Governor so appointed by the Board will serve until the next Annual Meeting when a Governor shall be elected to serve the remainder of the unexpired term. - f. Any member of the Board who is absent from three successive regular meetings of the Board, without being excused by a vote of the Board, or who is absent from five regular meetings of the Board during the Club's fiscal year may be removed from the Board by an assenting vote of nine members of the Board. |
