Description of Uncertain Tax Positions Under FIN 48:	Part X:	The Association files income tax returns in the U.S. federal jurisdiction. The Association is no longer subject to U.S. federal income tax examinations by tax authorities for years before June 30, 2008. Currently, there is no examination or pending examination with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). The Association adopted the provisions of FASB Interpretation No. 48, Accounting for Uncertainty in Income Taxes (FASB ASC 740-10), on July 1, 2009. As of June 30, 2011, there are no tax positions for which the deductibility is certain but for which there is uncertainty regarding the timing of such deductibility.
