Our lobbying team advocates for organizational policy during the legislative session. In addition- Our annual legislative reception was held on February 12,2009 in Montpelier. Over 70 people attended including at least 40 legislators.- Approximately 200 people attended 5 regional policy forums held in Rutland, Burlington, Manchester, Montpelier, and Brattleboro.- In 2009 we implemented our first ever member advocacy training. 12 members were invited to attend an all-day workshop with Action Circles.
