	In 2010, the Better Business Bureau of Mississippi (BBB) helped resolve over 3,000 consumer complaints. BBB responded to nearly 172,000 requests for information about companies operating in the BBB's 76-county service area. BBB conducted reviews of advertising (8 cases), investigations of questionable marketplace practices (49 cases), and reviewed (or attempted to review) 189 charitites soliciting in our service area.
