CASH TRANSFERS BACK TO THE ORGANIZATION ARE ONLY MADE TO COVER ITS REQUIRED CASH FLOW NEEDS, CREATING A DUE TO/FROM SUNRISE COMMUNITY, INC. SINCE THERE IS NO INTENTION TO REPAY THESE RELATED PARTY BALANCES, ANY EXCESS CASH TRANSFERS ARE CONSIDERED A PERMANENT TRANSFER OF NET ASSETS AT YEAR END. FOR THE YEAR ENDED JUNE 30, 2011, NET ASSET TRANSFERS FROM RELATED ORGANIZATIONS TOTALLED $1,650,550.
