TO CONSERVE RESOURCES BY GIVING RESIDENTS AND BUSINESSES AN OPPORTUNITY TO RECYCLE BY OPERATING THE MIDLAND VOLUNTEERS FOR RECYCLING CENTER WHERE MATERIALS ARE ACEPTED AND PROCESSED.
