Classes of Membership
Part VI, Section A, Line 6
The standing committees of the Board of Trustees shall be the Executive Committee and the Grants Committee. The membership of the Executive Committee shall be the officers of the Board of Trustees and other members of the Board of Trustees appointed by the Board of Trustees. The Grants Committee shall consist of those individuals appointed by the Board of Trustees. The officers of the Corporation shall be a President, Secretary, and Treasurer. Such other officers and assistant officers as may be deemed necessary may be elected or appointed by the Board of Trustees.
Election and Decisions of the Governing Body
Part VI, Section A, Line 7a and 7b
The Chairman of the Board shall be elected by the Board of trustees from among its members. The Chairman of the Board shall, when present, preside at all meetings of the Board of Trustees and, in general, shall perform all duties incident to the office of the Chairman of the Board and such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Trustees from time to time. The Vice Chairman of the Board shall be elected by the Board of Trustees from among its members. The Vice Chairman of the Board shall perform such duties and functions as are assigned to him by the Chairman of the Board and the Board of Trustees. The Vice Chairman of the Board shall act as the Chairman of the Board when the Chairman of the Board is unavailable to perform his duties and functions as Chairman of the Board. The Vice Chairman of the Board shall perform such other duties as may be prescribed by the Board of Trustees from time to time.

All trustees shall serve without compensation for the performance of their duties as trustees. By resolution of the Board of Trustees, each trustee may be paid his expenses, if any, of attendance at each meeting of the Board of Trustees. Such payment of expenses shall not preclude any trustee from serving the Corporation in any other capacity and receiving compensation therefor. The salaries of the officers, if any, shall be fixed from time to time by the Board of Trustees and no officer shall be prevented from receiving such salary by reason of the fact that he is also a trustee of the Corporation.
