General explanation attachment   The primary purpose for which the Club is organized is to preserve and enjoy the land locked Stripers - angling quality in the freshwater lakes of Pennsylvania The club will work to promote protect and preserve the quality of landlocked stripers angling in the fresh waters of PA by educating its members and the general public about all aspects of the fishery in the fresh water lakes of PA Conduct such activity programs social events that are deemed appropriate and desirable in order to promote unity and fellowship among the membership of the club and general public as well as various federal and state agencies who are involved with management of fresh water striper fisheries in PA and to provide assistance to such agencies The club is dedicated to striper fisheries of Pennsylvania club stocking of stripers develop fish rearing business with our own facilities and rearing ponds purchase larger size fingerlings educational technique striper seminars for any group or organization that would want our services This organization will be helping to fund angler use and harvest studies so we can get a better handle on what is happening in regards to striped bass management on a particular water of PA
