What is the organization's primary exempt purpose? Our mission is to promote sportswomanship, female empowerment, and community consciousness through through activities, events, and charities.
Describe what was achieved in carrying out the organization's exempt purposes. In a clear and concise manner, describe the services provided, the number of persons benefited, and other relevant information for each program title.
28 To promote sportswomanship: Held six home bouts, allowing women from all over the south east a place to come and compete in roller derby, one of which was a state championship. Held a derby lock-in with over 50 attendees to teach derby skills and to bond with other women. The league grew from approx 35 girls to over 60.

29 To promote female empowerment: worked with Tamika and Friends, SCDVASA, and Share our Suzy to help spread their message of the importance of female health, strength, and support of ending domestic abuse. Our league grew from approximately 35 girls to over 60, and we began process of joining WFTDA to compete nationally. We also added 2 home teams to allow even more girls the opportunity to play.

As the Columbia QuadSquad treasurer for 2010, I am responsible for filing the 990EZ. I am eight months pregnant with twins and the current treasurer and I had a misunderstanding on who was going to fill out the form this year since I had been busy and sick. It was my responsibility and I didn't catch the deadline in time. I do not have a valid reason for missing the deadline and I apologize.
